The Challenge:

Bird Sanctuary

The Challenge:

A bird sanctuary housed thousands of rescued birds for which it depended on a limited number of donors. With increasing number of rescues and higher costs, cash flow was getting hard. While they had a list of all the birds and offered individual adoption for donors, they did not have an easy platform to share the information and updates on the birds with the donors, creating some frustration to the donors and limiting their ability to bring in more donors.

How We Helped:

  • Built a website with rebuilt database and pictures of the birds to immediately espouse interest from the potential donors
  • Created an interactive platform and incorporated the individual bird data and pictures to allow donors to pick the birds for sponsoring, providing live update on the health of birds to the respective donors
  • Showcased the work of the sanctuary and provided strong web presence

Results Achieved:

  • Donors got easy access to live information on their adopted birds
  • Allowed browsers and interested parties to directly interact with the website including browsing, picking birds and donating, which used to be all manual
  • Increased web traffic flow and increased donor base.
